The unquestionable advantage of this injection packer is its large diameter range. The optimum diameter for the injection hole is Ø12 mm, but it can also handle holes up to Ø16 mm.
The plastic injection packer is ideal for low-pressure work (for pressures below 60 BAR). Low opening pressure of the gravity valve (0 Bar).
Packers are suitable for the saturation of structures as well as for curtain injection. Perfect for injection of water solutions and silicates. The injector has a gravity check valve. Very attractive price.
A flat nipple makes it much easier to administer the injection. Thanks to the flat cap, we have free hands during injection. This is useful for injections with a hand pump (no additional person is needed to support the moving hose in a straight line), or for injections where we pump a large amount of material through one packer.
PACKER ASSEMBLY:
The packer should be placed in the injection hole and tapped with a rubber hammer or impact tool with the impact tool engaged until resistance is felt.
When finished, remove the packer with a crowbar.
